I can say that the Ethical Codes of IEEE stated the strengths 1 to 3, 5 - 7 because it talks about some of the 10 commandments of IT ethics mainly commandment number 1, 9, and 10. Never the less the weakness that it has are weakness 1 to 7 for some matter I’m somehow confused for though everything in the code is good somehow holes in it are still spotted making it a penetrable to commit bad things without affecting the said code. Indeed when the minds of the people explore many things would be discovered and with it somehow man found a way to do things in it for bad but is formulated as a good thing. With this I can say that there are no such things as perfect Code for we all know that nothings are perfect.
